For instance, our Launch Support Services are designed to help clients get their programs up and running quickly and effectively. Such services include:

  • User curriculum design
  • Aligning appropriate SCA courses with a client's competency model
  • Developing implementation and communications plans, as well as other change management activities
  • Developing or modifying specific courses
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to a client's existing competency model to align with the Academy's course content
  • Planning post-launch course content or process development opportunities.

We also offer clients several types of Technical Customization Services, including:

  • Integrating client-provided training documents (such as PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel files or PDF documents) into existing Supply Chain Academy courses
  • Modifying case studies and examples in existing Supply Chain Academy online self-study courses with client-provided content
  • Custom-developing a distance learning event, online self-study course or workshop to met a specific client need
  • Translating existing courses into a client-specified language.

Finally, clients can take advantage of our Technical Integration Services, which enable us to integrate Supply Chain Academy programs with a client's existing learning management system. This integration provides a seamless experience for learners, regardless of the source of the course.
