The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) is an international organization, based in the United Kingdom. The CIPS gives purchasing and supply professionals an opportunity for training, learning and formalized assessment leading to an internationally recognized certification of the leading purchasing and supply professional qualifications. The Supply Chain Academy and CIPS have partnered to create programs that will help professionals study for CIPS certifications at Levels 4, 5 and 6.

CIPS inside™
CIPS inside™ is a suite of e-learning programs designed to support best practices in purchasing and supply. The CIPS Qualifications Ladder and associated CIPS units are the standards for these practices. CIPS inside™ is a brand specifically denoting the relationship with Accenture and relates to CIPS interactive courses integrated with the Supply Chain Academy.

How it Works
Each e-learning learning unit has six modules. Each module has been carefully crafted and written to support delivering CIPS learning outcomes and key concepts identified within the CIPS syllabus content. The high quality learning materials have been designed to enable learners to grasp the concepts not just academically, but also in application through interactive case studies. Each module includes two mini-case studies. The only exception is module 6, which is an extended interactive case study, testing a candidate's knowledge, understanding and ability to apply learning across the six modules. CIPS denote this as an "integrated module".
