Training at Level 3 is intended for personnel who must focus on how various components of the supply chain are integrated and linked with one another. These individuals are focused on the "big picture" and are concerned with supply chain integration issues and solutions, value creation and leading-edge supply chain concepts.

• Develop innovative, leading-edge solutions to supply chain business issues
